Problems Recieving Notification Emails

If you are not recieving notification emails for new jobs please complete the following steps to troubleshoot the problem.

  • On the email options tab make sure that all fields are filled in.
  • Ensure that the notification email address and reply address are active email accounts that can receive mail.
  • If the receiving account has a spam filter make sure to it is configured to allow the notification emails
  • Test the ability of your website to send mail by using a separate plugin such as contact form 7 to send yourself an email.
  • If you cannot receive email from another plugin, contact you website hosting company
  • If you can receive email from another plugin but not Transitquote please contact us for further assistance.
